Frequently Asked Questions
To switch between AI models:
- Tap the "Models" tab at the bottom of the screen
- Browse available models by category (Text, Image, Video, Audio)
- Select the model you want to use
- Begin a new chat with your selected model
MultiChat AI leverages models available globally, providing access to various AI capabilities including:
- Text generation models for conversational AI

The available models may change from time to time.
To generate images or videos:
- Switch to an AI model with image or video generation capabilities
- Type a detailed description of what you want to create
- Send your message and wait for the AI to generate your content
- Once generated, you can save the media to your device by tapping the download icon
Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID, not the app installation. To restore purchases:
- Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase the subscription
- Go to the subscription page in the app
- Tap "Restore Purchases"
- If you had an active subscription, it will be automatically restored
We take your privacy seriously. Your conversations and generated content are processed according to our privacy policy. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Managing Your Subscription
Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. If you cancel, you'll still have access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period.

By downloading, installing, or using MultiChat AI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the App.

MultiChat AI provides access to various AI models for text, image, video, and audio generation. The service is provided "as is" and may change over time as we improve functionality or as third-party APIs evolve.
3. User Accounts
You may be required to create an account to use certain features of the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
4. Subscription and Billing
The App offers a Basic Plan subscription at $12.99 per month. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you create, upload, or generate using the App. However, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the App.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the App to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
- Generate content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems
